3 off bespoke steel columns supplied

all 3 columns was pumped from base up to top requiring all 3 columns to be heavy duty for the 375kN/m² Concrete pressure.

Column Shapes supplied:-

Rectangle 1400mm x 1200mm (Manufactured as 2 L panels)

Trapezoidal – 530mm x 1000mm x 1200mm (Manufactured as 4 Straight Panels, Joined into 2 L’s)

tapering column , Sloped in height and reduction in height of width (Manufactured as 4 Straight Panels, Joined into 2 L’s)

1400mm width at base rising to 2850mm

reduction in breadth of 100mm over length to create a visual perspective to make columns appear higher and grander.

Use of 3D Design and analysis was used through out to ensure the safety of the formwork during pouring, striking and lifting operations.

Lifting Positions was all bespoke based on site lifting requirements to allow for ease of delivery offloading and ensuring the difficult geometry panels when pitched lifted true into pour positions.
